Two weeks into this project and things are going awesome…..walls are being skimcoated and ceilings are being redone in the 3rd floor bedrooms. My contractor discovered that although there were “grounded” outlets installed….none of them were grounded and they all had reversed polarity…he corrected all this. Gas company came out to turn the gas on…they realized the prior “shut off” was actually them cutting and capping the line instead of installing a shut off….so, they fixed it. Furnace works fine, just needed to be serviced…great news…New details in a couple weeks…
