This is a house (4/2) I have under agreement…..strong comps $130k-$140k….buying for $40k, repairs are $45k…..it was a bank owned…they had a mortgage offer for $50k+…but took my all cash offer…..this is a nice one…once we close, I’ll post more details….follow this link for pix..
